Q1: Do you like reading?

Well, yes. I’m such a huge fan of reading because there’re so many books that inspire me to dream or to look at the world differently. And sometimes when I just read a novel and I’m so in awe of the way the author uses words to describe places or people, events, or the way they tell the stories. It’s just a way to keep my imagination thriving, which I believe is really something that you cannot get from watching TV.

Q2: How often do you read?

I just read about like twice or 3 times a week but I really wish I could read more, I mean have more time to read. The problem is sometimes my concentration is disrupted by many small little things, and I just have to put the book down and have to work on another thing, which really infuriates me.

Q3:Do you usually read for leisure or for work purposes?

A bit of both I guess. If I want to read something for leisure, like, when I just want to chill out a little bit, I just pick some romantic novels like Twilight or something imaginary or fiction like Harry Potter. But sometimes you know, if I have to read something for work purposes, when I want to improve or sharpen my skill in a particular field, then I will select specific books that pique my interests, like marketing or sales, whatever it is.

Q4: What kinds of books do you like to read?

Well I would say romantic novels because as soon as I open a romantic novel, I could dive in an appealing story that I could hardly put it down. And another type is life skill books that teach me important interpersonal skills in life.

Q5: What was your favorite book or story when you were a child?

For me, when I was small, I remembered my favorite book of all time was, well, I’m not so sure but it could be Harry Potter. Harry Potter is like a global phenomenon and I think every child had a memorable childhood with Harry Potter and even growing up with Harry Potter like me.
