SAMPLES FOR NOISE:
Where do the noises come from?
Noise comes in all shapes, sizes, and sounds. It’s part of our everyday lives. And I think noises come from anywhere. Firstly, continuous noise is exactly what it says on the tin: it’s noise that is produced continuously, for example, by machinerythatkeeps running without interruption. This could come from factory equipment, engine noise, or heating and ventilation systems.Other noises caused by traffic, for example, cars, trains or motorbikespassing by,or aircraft flying above ourhouse.Another type of noise is most commonly associated with the construction and demolition industry. Theyare usually created by construction equipment, such as ournext-door neighbor doing some home renovation or repair on a Sunday morning.
I guess one of the noisiest places could be the center of a crowded city, where there are constant noises from traffic passing by, especially during rush hours. And it can affect people living nearby, like prevent them from sleeping properly. Besides, places like stadiums where events like concerts, football matches, or sports competitions are often taken place are extremely noisy, when thousands of people screaming, yelling or shouting out of excitement during these events. And, I think places like the area near busy airports are also noisy because airplanes taking off and landing often cause very loud noise.
3. Why do many people like to listen to music while walking? Is this dangerous?
I think there are many reasons why some prefer listening to music while walking, the most obvious of which is they find it very therapeutic. I mean, they feel that listening to music while walking is very relaxing and it helps them to relax and relieve their work-related anxieties and stress. Besides destressing, many find that listening to music while jogging puts them in a positive moodand helps them feel more motivated and inspired, and therefore they can walk longer without feeling tired or so. However, I believe that we should only listen to music while jogging in places that are pedestrian-friendly, like parks, or in the countryside. In contrast, crowded places like busy streets in the cities are too dangerous, as we could be distracted by what we’re listening to and don’t pay attention to other vehicles on the roads.

SAMPLES FOR FISH:
1. Do you eat fish, and why?
I often have fish about twice or three times a week, but I’m trying to eat fish more regularly and reduce my meat consumption during a week because fish is very beneficial for our health. In fact, fish is among the healthiest foods on the planet, since it’s loaded with essential nutrients, such as protein and vitamin D, which are incredibly important for our body and brain.
Yes, it is. It is one of the most popular pastime activities in Vietnam. If you visit the countryside, you will see many men going fishing in their free time near the rivers and ponds. For them, fishing is one of the best ways to get outside, relax, and enjoy a healthier, happier life. I mean, it is a recreation where and even on the worst day, when you catch no fish at all, is better than the time spent at home doing chores or doing nothing. And in case they can catch lots of fish, that would be even better because they will have fish for dinners.
3. What do you prefer: fish or meat?
I would say I prefer fish, because high consumption of red and processed meat can increase the risk of certain cancers, as well as cardiovascular diseases. On the other hand, consuming fish can lower the risk, as it provides us with more nutrients and vitamins that our body needs. Also, I love fish since I can eat as many fish, especially sea fish, as I want, knowing that they can do wonders for my weight loss goals.
4. Where do people often go fishing?
I think it could be somewhere near the rivers, the ponds, the seas, you know, anywhere that you can find fish. The majority of people in rural areas in Vietnam often go fishing in the ponds or lakes near the house, where they can find plenty of fish. For children, they also practice their fishing skills by fishing in small ponds and trying to catch smaller fish. Also, the fishermen often use big fishing boats to catch fish and other seafood in the sea.
